Q: What type of documents do I need to travel out of the country?
The following are the only ACCEPTABLE forms of Proof of Citizenship. No other
forms will be accepted and NO REFUNDS can be given to travelers who are denied
entry:

State issued (not hospital issued) copy of a birth certificate and a government
issued photo I.D. (both are required)

Certified Naturalization Certificate and a Government issued photo I.D. (both
are required)
Q: How does Discount-All-Inclusive.com get such great prices?
We are a discount travel agency that produces an incredible volume for selected
resorts. This allows us to sell to you at a lower rate. We are also a web based
agency, so we avoid a lot of costs associated with traditional brick and mortar
businesses. Because we can, we pass these savings along to you as well.
Q: What is your low price guarantee?
"We will beat any published price."
The definition of a published price is the rate quoted or advertised publicly
by a tour operator to the general public. This does not include a rate quoted
by another travel agency.
"Once you are booked if the rate drops or a new sale runs we will MATCH that
price."
Please be sure to understand that Discount-All-Inclusive must follow the rules
set by the tour operators we make your bookings with. Once you have made a
deposit each tour operator we book with will charge a change penalty.
Discount-All-Inclusive does not charge you any additional service charge for
this type of change. As long as the booking is under deposit but not yet paid
in full this penalty will usually range between $15-$35. Hotels and tour
operators may place restrictions on new sales with rules like “valid on new
bookings only” or “valid only on bookings made date x – date y.” If your
booking was made outside of those dates you may not qualify for the new rate.
All promotions are subject to availability and are date specific. That means
they can sell out and may not be available for your travel dates.
Once payment in full is made, documents are issued. Documents change penalties
increase significantly at this time. Example: The standard airlines charge is
$100 per ticket to change a “fare basis” and reissue a ticket, plus there will
be the tour company penalty of $15-$35 and the voucher reissuing fee of
$10-$25. If you require reshipping of documents, that charge will also apply.
We are more than happy to assist you in getting the lowest rate possible but
please be aware that not all circumstances are within our control.
Q: I have a great “quick quote” How do I book this?
Phone our office ASAP and have the correct legal names of the travelers. An
agent will create a booking for you and take payment. Please note that quick
quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Q: I have a guaranteed quote, what does that mean?
It means we held a temporary booking for you at the time we sent you the quote.
Lengths of the guarantee vary from 24-78 hours. You should phone the office
ASAP if you are interested in purchasing that quote.
Q: Please explain the purchase authorization form?
As a consumer protection step we require clients to complete the purchase
authorization form. This form can be found under the button labeled “purchase
form” at the top of all of our web pages.

Q: I’ve made my deposit, what’s next?
By e-mail you will receive an itinerary invoice with the details of your
vacation package.
Q: When is final payment due?
45 days prior to departure. If you are mailing a check make sure it arrives at
our office before the payment deadline.
Q: When do I get tickets?
Tickets are shipped to our office after you make final payment. We will review
your tickets & vouchers for accuracy, include any available up-grade or added
amenity vouchers and ship them to the address you list below. We will also fax
any special requests you have to the resort at this time. We then send the
tickets to you by the method you selected on your purchase authorization form.
You should have your tickets within 2-3 weeks prior to your vacation.
We will ship your tickets and vouchers by UPS. On your purchase form please
indicate if you would like to sign for the delivery of your documents or if you
would like UPS to leave the package on your door step.
If you request it we can also ship FedEx overnight for $15 within the United
States. International FedEx charges vary and are charged at the same price as
FedEx.
Important: It is the passengers responsibility to phone the airline and
reconfirm flights the day before travel Your flight itinerary is accurate at
the time of booking HOWEVER the airlines do reserve the right to change flight
times, flight numbers and routing with out notifying you (the passenger), this
travel agency or the tour operator who issues your tickets.
The airlines will often make this type of change and since 9-11 this practice
has become more frequent. Please be aware that any airline changes are beyond
our control and the airline will most likely not compensate you for any
inconvience related to their changes.
To avoid last minute confusion you should plan to phone the airline and
reconfirm your flight itinerary the day before travel.

Q: Are Discount-All-Inclusive.com and Island Fitness Travel the same company?
Yes, since we opened our doors in 1998 we have operated as "Island Fitness
Travel" with our web site being located at www.discount-all-inclusive.com.
We found that the varying names caused some confusion so we simplified matters
by switching to discount-all-inclusive.com for all business transactions.
